As Vice-Chairman of the Student Union, my responsibilities included supporting the activities of the Student Union Board and ensuring that students’ voices were heard in the development of education and matters concerning well-being. My main tasks were:

  • Assisting the Chairman: I collaborated closely with the chairman and accompanied him to meetings and events when necessary.
  • Student Advocacy: I ensured that students’ opinions were considered.
  • Teamwork and Management: I held leadership roles within the student union board and supported the team in achieving its goals.
  • Meeting Students and Recruiting Members: I regularly met with students and presented the student union’s activities in classes. I encouraged new students to join and actively participate in the activities.

As a warehouse worker, my responsibilities included ensuring that the correct parts were shelved and picked for the appropriate aircraft without incurring any damage. Additionally, I conducted an ABC analysis to determine the optimal shelving locations based on picking speeds and work safety. My primary tasks were:

  • Implemented ABC classification to optimize inventory management, reducing picking time by around 20%.
  • Ensured timely reporting for overnight shifts and maintained stable productivity levels.
  • Safely transported fragile aircraft components using pallet jacks and stacking wagons.
  • Conducted inventory counts to evaluate stock levels and supply needs.
  • Volunteered for extra shifts to support operational demands when required.

Additionally, I assumed extra responsibilities, such as opening and closing the store, assisting with inventory restocking, and supporting bilingual clients. My primary tasks included:

  • Led opening and closing procedures for the store, accurately managing cash registers and ensuring secure handling of daily finances.
  • Boosted sales and customer satisfaction by actively listening to customer needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and delivering a positive shopping experience—receiving commendations from both customers and supervisors.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and dedication by taking on additional shifts to assist with unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and covering for team members when needed.
